Bring a Friend to Learn to Skate!
Invited friends, RSVP here! Skaters participating in Learn to Skate classes this session are welcome to invite a friend or family member to come skate with them on Tuesday, June 9th or Saturday, June 13th.

About
RSVP to join us for Bring a Friend Day at Learn to Skate! Skaters enrolled in Learn to Skate classes this session can invite a friend to try skating the week of Tuesday, June 9th and Saturday, June 13th. Invited friends should RSVP below with their name, age, email address, and the name of the friend who invited them. There is no cost to attend, and rental skates are provided. We recommend wearing full-length pants, socks that cover the ankle, and a helmet, though this is not a requirement.

Schedule
Tuesday Classes - June 9th, 5:30-6:15 PM
Invited friends will have their own class to learn how to skate from 5:30-6 PM, then stay on the ice to skate with their friend during the Practice/Game Time from 6-6:15 PM.
Saturday Classes - June 13, 11:00-11:45 AM
Invited friends will have their own class to learn how to skate from 11-11:30 AM, then stay on the ice to skate with their friend during the Practice/Game Time from 11:30-11:45 AM.
Waivers
By submitting an RSVP, you agree to the Waiver of Liability and Media Release as stated below.
Waiver of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club, its board and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury including death that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned while on the premises of Swonder Ice Arena or any premises under the control and supervision of the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. By submitting this RSVP, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms above.
Media Release
I consent and agree that the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club and its agents have the right to take photographs or digital recordings of me/my child to use these in media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of advertisement. I further consent that my identity might be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. I do hereby release to the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. By submitting this RSVP, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms above.
