Off Ice Conditioning Class

Description:

Skaters will work on strength, coordination, agility, balance and flexibility in a group setting in the upstairs area of the building. Facility equipment will not be used. Club and coach equipment may be used.

Eligibility:

This class is open to skaters who have passed the pre-preliminary skating skills class and higher.

Pricing:

Cost is $56 per skater for the 7 week season; Weekly drop-in registration is $10.00 per skater.
