Mental Training Seminar: Overcoming Performance Anxiety

Seminar Details:

Kelly Hobbs, a mental performance coach, triple gold medalist, and accredited master coach, will present a seminar on overcoming performance anxiety.

Eligibility:

This event is hosted by GEFSC. Only one family member needs to hold a membership in GEFSC for any/all to participate. Other athletes/performers within a skating family are welcome as well.

Schedule:

• 1:30–2:30 PM, Seminar for Skating Members and Other Athletes

• 3:00–4:00 PM, Seminar for Parents of Members

• 3:15–4:45 PM, Program Practice/Test Preparation Session (Registration will be separate)

Pricing:

• Cost for First Participant: $30

• Cost for Each Additional Participant in Same Family: $10
