TEST SESSION INFORMATION
The Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club will host a test session on Saturday morning, February 11, 2012.
We are offering all levels (except International) in Dance, Moves, and Freestyle. The test applications are attached to this email.
All forms are to be received by January 30th. The club board will determine by February 1st if there are enough tests to host the test session. Please remember the club's goal is not to make money on test sessions but to break even. Since our area does not have any skating judges who live nearby, we have to pay more for our judge's travel expenses. But, hosting test sessions at home benefit our skaters in many ways.
- Skaters are familiar with their home ice.
- Skaters are familiar and comfortable in their home environment.
- It costs less staying at home versus paying gas, hotel room, food, etc. away.
- Skaters are usually well rested and prepared at home, thus, giving our skaters an advantage.
Please make sure the application is completed in full, with permission and signatures intact before submitting your application.
There will not be any refunds after January 30th.
